A sliding mode‐based single‐loop control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor drives
Version of Record online: 21 November 2023
A simple control structure with high anti-disturbance ability based on EARL+DOBS is proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. The speed and current loop (q-axis) are merged into one single-loop controller. An enhanced adaptive reaching law (EARL) is proposed for the single-loop controller, and an improved disturbance observer (DOBS) is developed to enhance the anti-disturbance ability of the PMSM drive.
